Gift baskets galore!
We will be making gift baskets throughout the entire season, but especially during the holidays.  Feel free to select items that you would like to have placed in your own personalized gift basket or choose a "theme basket" already assembled with wrapping and a bow.

Fun for the kids!
We offer several fun events for children during our fall season.  We also have a playground we call "Kiddieland".  You will find a large playset (with climbing wall, jungle gym and slide), a large boat-shaped playset, a playset for the "smaller tots", spring rides, a sandbox and a tractor and wagon playset.  There are fun cut-outs for photo opportunities.  The cow train will return this year. Each cow-shaped car even has its own name.  The cars have seatbelts and there are two larger cars for parents. Come check it out!

Product Updates
The Pick-Your-Own (P-Y-O) peach orchard will hopefully have more peaches this year.  The trees are still young, so the supply will be limited. We have blackberries and red raspberries that should be available in the middle of July.

Our freezer will be stocked again with steaks, hamburger (bulk and patties), and bulk sausage.

A New Addition for 2010
A new addition that you will find inside the market is our "Sweet Shop." When you visit, you will find homemade fudge and 8 varieties of hand dipped ice cream.  This will be a great option on those days when you want something refreshing and sweet.

Our New Picnic Shelter
Our picnic shelter is located next to the playground area. The facility is available for birthday parties and group events.  If you're interested in scheduling a special event, please call (540) 662-1980 for information and rates.

School Tours (September 1 - November 1)
Available for day cares, preschools, "Moms" groups and elementary schools.  The cost is $6.00/child. The tour typically lasts 1 1/2 hours. It includes: story time about Johnny Appleseed, coloring sheet on how an apple grows, venturing out to the orchard to pick four apples, a scenic wagon ride around the farm, and picking a small pumpkin out of the pumpkin patch.  Each child will also receive an apple cider donut. We have several picnic tables, a gazebo and a picnic shelter for snack time or lunch time.

Century Farm Designation
We officially became a "Century Farm" in July 2008 and are proud to celebrate our farm being more than 100 years old. . It has been a wonderful experience having the fourth and fifth generations working hand-in-hand to operate the farm and hopefully this tradition will continue for many years to come.

Online Ordering
Because we receive so many requests by phone for shipping orders out of town, we are in the process of creating a section on our website for online ordering.  We plan to have a selection of our jarred items available through online ordering, such as our most popular jams and jellies, salad dressings, apple butter, pickles and honey.  Until we're ready, please continue to call us at (540) 662-1980 with your special order requests.

Gift boxes with the above products will also be available throughout the season. After November 1st, apples will be available to be shipped separately or included in the jelly gift boxes.

Gift baskets will be made available for online ordering also. Due to items in the baskets being very fragile, we are planning on local delivery or pick-up of these baskets only. Local delivery includes Winchester, Frederick County (VA), Stephens City, Berryville, Front Royal and Strasburg. A delivery fee will be applied.
